Otherwise, Ample Wealth Partners will not disclose any nonpublic information about you or your account(s) unless one of the following conditions is met:
- We receive your prior consent;
- We have documentation that the recipient is your authorized representative; or
- We are required by law to disclose information to the recipient.
We will not sell your personal information. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties (including subsidiaries and affiliates). If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, text STOP to opt-out.
In the event that Ample Wealth Partners has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose nonpublic personal information not covered under applicable law, Ample Wealth Partners will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
Privacy has always been important to Ample Wealth Partners. We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We educate employees about safeguarding client information and preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. Employees will be required to acknowledge their acceptance and understanding of the privacy policy in writing. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Information sharing with unaffiliated third parties will be subject to confidentiality agreements.
Former Clients. Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic information with strict confidentiality. We maintain all records regarding all former clients for the retention period required by law.
